Andy was very responsive and accommodating. The property is located quite centrally which is a plus, however the fact that it is close to the airport means that you will hear all the planes as they land and take off. It’s budget accommodation, good for a solo traveler.

Highly Recommended! I am already planning my next stay here soon which is only a few feet from the beach and nonstop action. The place was new, clean and a great value. The shower had unlimited hot water, the 42" Smart TV had free subscription service and the bed was comfortable. There were no unsuspected surprises.

This little cottage near Dead End beach has a little bit of everything. Conveniently located close to the airport, shops, beach and restaurants. Super hosts that are there to make all guests comfortable and happy. Thank you Marlene and Andy for all your help in making my visit amazing in every way.

This was a last-minute booking. Ralph was very quick to respond at about 8pm in the night to let me know there was availability. When I arrived I was checked in by the security who was alerted about my arrival. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean and smelled extremely fresh. I will definitely revisit this location again. It’s on the dead-end road so lots of eateries and hanging out at night and the beach which is a walk over.

Clean, very comfortable and renovated room. The entire location is renovated and some work is still going on, but nothing what would bother you. It is directly at the dead end, offers onsite parking and a 24/7 guard. Big ups to him! Hip Strip is a 10-mins, if walking slowly. I'd always return and can absolutely recommend this stay. Price and location were much better than others!

This place was of good value. Description and all amenities are accurate. There is a picturesque view of the water. It was a little noisy outdoors but that’s because the pandemic curfew was lifted so that was expected. I liked it so much I extended my stay.

Location is everything and this place is a gem. It is right next to the airport with the beach just a few steps away. It is outside a lot of the hustle and is easily walkable to the strip. Andy was a wonderful host and the rooms were clean and tidy. I will look forward to staying there on my next trip.

Ralph and Marlene were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean, tidy, well decorated and most importantly affordably priced. The Sunset Landing Inn is conveniently located in the upbeat area of Montego Bay known as the Hip Strip. The upstairs common patio area is a plane spotter’s dream as it overlooks the runway of the Sangster International Airport. Security was present on the compound so we felt safe and secure at all times. We felt so comfortable that we decided to stay an additional night. We would definitely recommend the Sunset Landing Inn to anyone looking for quality affordable accommodation in Montego Bay. Thank you again Ralph and Marlene.

From the moment we checked in, which check in was very easy and super-fast, the cleanness of the room and the beautiful decoration and the amenities made our stay perfect!
